O meu percurso na hotelaria come\u00e7ou em 2008, ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da licenciatura em Dire\u00e7\u00e3o e Gest\u00e3o Hoteleira. Ao longo de mais de uma d\u00e9cada, integrei uma cadeia internacional de hot\u00e9is, onde desempenhei diversas fun\u00e7\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o e participei na abertura de v\u00e1rios empreendimentos de grande dimens\u00e3o. Esta experi\u00eancia permitiu-me desenvolver um olhar exigente sobre o que define uma estadia de excel\u00eancia \u2014 conforto, funcionalidade, aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao detalhe e um servi\u00e7o verdadeiramente cuidado.<\/p>\n

Foi tamb\u00e9m durante este per\u00edodo que conclu\u00ed um MBA Executivo em Gest\u00e3o de Neg\u00f3cios do Turismo, consolidando uma vis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica e de longo prazo na \u00e1rea da hotelaria, com especial enfoque na experi\u00eancia do h\u00f3spede e na qualidade do servi\u00e7o.<\/p>\n
