How to get there
The 9 Junction Apartments are located at Avenida Marquês de Tomar, No. 9, in Lisbon. They are easily accessible by car, taxi, or public transportation, with several bus and metro stops nearby, making your arrival simple and convenient.
Lisbon Airport (Humberto Delgado)
The Lisbon Metro is the most direct and convenient public transport option.
At the airport metro station, take the Red Line towards São Sebastião.
Get off at São Sebastião station, no need to transfer.
From there, it's approximately a 3-minute walk to the apartments.
Bus
Take the Carris bus 744 towards Restauradores / Marquês de Pombal.
Get off at the Avenida da República stop, on the corner with Rua Visconde de Valmor.
From there, it's approximately a 5–7 minute walk to the apartments.
Taxi or TVDE
A taxi or ride-hailing service (TVDE) from the airport takes approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic.
Parking
Public road
The payment period runs from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm with parking being free outside these hours.
Payment can be made directly at the parking meters or through the ePark (EMEL) or Via Verde Estacionar mobile applications.
Garage (Telpark – Parque Valbom)
Located across from the building, with access via stairs or an elevator on the side opposite the main entrance, Valbom Park (Telpark) offers covered parking, accessible 24 hours a day, with round-the-clock customer service.
- Check-in
Starting at 3:00 PM
All information regarding access to the building and the apartment, including the respective personal and non-transferable access code, will be sent to you up to three days before the check-in date.
- Checkout
Before leaving the apartment, please:
– Wash the dishes
– Remove all personal belongings
– Throw away leftover food and drinks
– Place the trash in the designated containers
– Turn off all the lights and the air conditioning
– Make sure all doors are properly closed
DELIVERIES Delivery drivers are not allowed to enter the building. All deliveries must be collected at the building entrance.
On Arrival
The apartment will be fully stocked with bedding and towels (changed regularly during housekeeping service), as well as a starter cleaning kit for the kitchen.
As a welcome gift, bathroom amenities will also be provided, including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, soap, and toilet paper.
Equipment
Internet
The apartment has a high-speed wireless internet connection.
All Wi-Fi network access information (network name and password) will be sent to you up to three days before your arrival date, along with your check-in information.
Home appliances
Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, as well as all essential small appliances including toaster, hand blender, Nespresso coffee capsule machine and electric kettle.
Note: the one-bedroom apartments do not have an oven.
Kitchen Utensils
The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed for daily use, including a full set of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, cutting boards, and other kitchen accessories.
TV
The apartment is equipped with two Smart TVs, featuring cable channels and an internet connection, allowing access to streaming platforms and other digital content.
Useful Information
Trash
Blue lid: paper and cardboard
Yellow lid: plastic and metal
Gray lid: unsorted waste
Glass: large green recycling point, across the street. Lisbon does not have door-to-door glass collection.
Laundry
However, we request that the apartment's linens (sheets and towels) not be washed by the tenant, as they will be handled exclusively by our laundry service.
